Students are also drawing a Geometric scene with geometric shapes which has provided a review of geometry vocabulary used in this unit. We will transition to typing online for practice. Students should have completed the first 15 penmanship packages in class. We will finish the partner spelling 6 story this week and students should practice spelling list 6 words. The test is this Friday, Mar. 6. In Socials, both grades have commenced a new unit of study; the grade 5s - Interactions of Indigenous Peoples and Europeans prior to 1713 in what would eventually become Canada. The Grade 6s are focusing on Canada's communities past and present.
